Returns & Replacements 

 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Wrong Item or Damaged Product

 

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:
1. Notify us within 3 days: Share your order ID and photos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
2. Review period: Allow us up to 48 working hours to assess your request.
3. Reverse pickup: We’ll arrange for our courier to collect the item or provide alternative instructions if pickup isn’t available.
4. Resolution: Once the product is returned, we’ll process a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions

 

We’re unable to process returns or replacements for:
– Opened, used, or altered products.
– Items without their original packaging.
– Requests made after 3 days of delivery.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be canceled before processing. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.

 

Shipping Charges

 

– Free shipping: Available on orders above the specified minimum amount.
– Cash-on-delivery and other charges will be displayed at checkout.
